May, June, September and October are the best months to travel to Azerbaijan. You avoid this the hottest summer months and the cold winter.
Azeri is the official language in Azerbaijan. In addition, there are Russian, English, Armenian, Persian, Georgian, Lezghian, Kurdish and Talysh spoken.
You must have a passport valid for at least 3 months at departure from Azerbaijan.
